Its location was stunning easy to find in Waipara River Estate vineyard. Moreover, it was just off the wineries that where open, vineyards and trees, and the garden and surrounding property.

We definitely got our money's worth at this amazing hotel! The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, surrounded by a stunning garden. Brian, our host, was incredibly friendly and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine from the winery. Highly recommend!
Breakfast delights were great, but the fruits and jams could be more flavorful.

I really enjoyed the beautiful location of this accommodation. It was nestled in a secluded rural area, surrounded by trees and vineyards. The peacefulness and tranquility were unmatched. the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
One major downside of our experience was the lack of transparency regarding the ongoing construction. When we arrived, we were met with a construction site, and it was only then that the hosts mentioned that it had been going on for months.

The room at Waipara River Estate is absolutely stunning! The views of the garden, hills, and vineyard are breathtaking. It feels like a dream come true for nature lovers like me. Plus, having a second room with a queen-sized bed is such a bonus!
Personally, I found the presence of a bathrobe in the room unnecessary. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

Amazing shower, beautiful location, and a surprising lack of staff interaction.
The wet cushions on the outdoor furniture really added to the relaxation factor. Just what I wanted - a wet seat to ruin my sunset experience.

We had a fantastic stay at River Estate! the property is superb, located in a peaceful and picturesque setting. the renovated accommodation was delightful, with comfortable seating in all directions to enjoy the bottle of Pinot Noir provided at check-in. It was scrupulously clean and the bed was very comfortable. the owners, Brian and Bernice, were kind and hospitable, and we highly recommend trying their wines. the breakfast provided was lovely, with a selection of fresh fruit, homemade spreads, and delicious peaches and yogurt. The grounds were gorgeous, and the location was central to the wine country, making it the perfect base for exploring the region. Cons: Nothing bad to say! 🌟.
